Overview:

TGG Accounting has partnered with one of its San Diego-based clients to who is seeking to add an
Accounting Specialist to its established accounting team.

The
Accounting Specialist is responsible for data entry and analysis of financial information related to
A/P,
A/R and General Ledger in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.

Additionally, the Accounting Specialist will work alongside the COO to produce budgets for RFPs and support grant writers producing budgets for grant proposals.

Additionally, the accountanting specialist must organize and manage grant expenditure and communicate with multiple departments.

Schedule:
Hybrid, 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Position Overview:

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Manage Credit Card expenses.

Prepare Journal entries as directed by Controller.

Assist AR Accountant, AP Accountant and Controller with other projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree Preferred.

Five years prior work related experience required.

Experience with Cash Management, A/P, A/R, and G/L.

Must be able to create budgets for grants and request for proposals (RFPs).

Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000
