We are currently seeking a:

Administrative Assistant:


in the Department of Tendering/Procurement/Accounting
to be filled in a part-time, permanent position.


As an administrative assistant in the Department of Tendering/Procurement/Accounting in the Business Unit of Construction and Technology, you will be responsible for the commercial processing of contractor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with all commercial requirements (VOB/VOF/HOAI).

You will support project managers with tender-related aspects and participate in tender processing and submission procedures. Additionally, you will assist with energy procurement, as well as medical/technical gas supply and dry ice supply.


Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in the commercial field
  • Knowledge of construction contract law, VOB, HOAI, and AHO, VgV
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting practices in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legal foundations of financial management
  • Proficiency in common office applications, SAP knowledge
