We are looking for you as an HR expert (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting for a diverse project career in full-time or part-time.

What tasks can I expect?

Each project has its own focus, for example:

  • You will engage in active sourcing and take on the role of the first point of contact for candidates in the recruitment process.
  • You will conduct interviews independently and together with the relevant departments.
  • You will ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • You will take on project-related tasks in employer branding and personnel marketing.

What all recruiting projects have in common is that you will assume an in-house recruiting role at our client's company for the duration of the project.
