Join us as an IT Service Desk employee (m/w/d) at Sturgeon
Your tasks
- Supporting our customers' specific tools and systems
- Ensuring the functionality and operational safety of the IT infrastructure
- Analysis of technical problems with hardware and software and independent development and implementation of solution proposals
- Communication with technical units to ensure high-quality provision
- Documentation of current status in the ticket system
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or have equivalent knowledge
- You have experience in the administration of Microsoft server infrastructures
- Taking phone calls for troubleshooting and documenting them comes easily to you
- You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructures and operating systems
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You are an open, communicative person with a passion for contributing your own ideas
- Teamwork, organizational skills, and willingness to learn are among your strengths
- Customer orientation and commitment, a high level of administrative accuracy, and a solution-oriented, structured way of working round off your profile
