Responsibilities:

Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience
Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics
Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence
Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions
Assist the used car manager at 2 Mazda locations securing used car inventory
Provide assistance with the logistics of transport, delivery, reconditioning, and merchandising of the preowned inventory
Proficient in vAuto

Qualifications:

High school diploma mandatory; bachelor's degree preferred
Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales
Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary
Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
