RMA Network of clinics, have worked together toward the common goal of helping our patients' become parents.


RMA of Northern California, one of the top fertility practices in the United States, is seeking a
Clinical Services Manager to join our growing San Francisco office.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.


The Clinical Services Manager position supervises and directs clinical care and all related activities according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of IVIRMA.

The Clinical Services Manager position works collaboratively with the office physicians, nurses and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure timely, safe and professional clinical services for RMA patients.

The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for maintaining clinical regulatory compliance, maintaining operational efficiency and exercising fiscal responsibility.

The Clinical Services Manager must ensure that clinical employees have a healthy and safe work environment as required by OSHA.

This is a responsible position that must work with mínimal instruction or direction and must demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.


Essential Functions and Accountabilities:


  • Implement and maintain clinical quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure they satisfy Company requirements and meet industry standards as established by qualified outside agencies.
  • Work with the Operations Department, outside vendors and clinical staff to ensure the safe and proper operation of clinical medical equipment.
  • Provide a prompt and thorough investigation of all Provider, patient, and departmental complaints by direct contact with involved parties and documented followup action(s) taken.
  • Conduct annual reviews for clinical assistants and phlebotomist, with Supervisor, Lead physician and nurse input.
  • Liaison to outside vendors, including but not limited to laboratories, genetic labs, clinical equipment manufacturers, hazardous waste companies, suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain up to date workflows and standard operating procedures for clinical and phlebotomy.
  • Assist with opening new offices, including but not limited to office supply orders, establishing relationships with regional vendors, and site visits.
  • Conduct cost analysis and research alternative equipment and clinical supply options.
  • Assist in development and implementation of competencies for all staff.
  • Visit satellite offices on a quarterly basis.

Supervisor Responsibilities (if applicable):


  • Ensure that team members have the necessary training for proper performance and development.
  • Maintain organization of team members' timesheets, PTO, etc. to ensure that tasks are properly carried out.
  • Transmit the Company's policies (health and safety, labor legislation, training, etc.) to ensure compliance.

Academic Training:


  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program preferred
- _Studies level:_ High school Diploma or equivalent (GED)
and Certification
- _Studies area:_ Medical Assistant program

  • State certification preferred
  • Associate Degree or higher in a related healthcare field a plus
- _Studies level:_ Associate's degree or higher
- _Studies area:_ Nursing/healthcare assistant or other related field


Position Requirements/Experience:


  • Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience required
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations in a medical practice required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required

Technical Skills:


  • Excellent computer skills required, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with electronic medical records program required.
