    Description

    Title: Personal Assistant

    Location: Tacoma, WA

    Type: Permanent or Temp to Hire

    Pay: $25 - $35 / hr + DOE

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours/wk.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the owner of a quickly growing, remote law firm.

    • Maintain personal and professional calendar, working to ensure calendars do not have conflict
    • Sits in on meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items
    • Manages all aspects of travel including professional trips, family vacations, airfare, rental cars, lodging, reservations, etc.
    • Screen incoming calls and manage inbox, responding as necessary to communication
    • Responsible for school pick up and drop off for one child
    • Manages household services and projects including landscaping, housekeeping, handyman, etc.
    • Support additional tasks like laundry pick up, light grocery shopping, and some meal preparation.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS

    • Proven experience as a personal assistant, caretaker, or nanny
    • Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule that could quickly change
    • Ability to provide references
    • Proof of Driver's license and insurance
