- Providing programmatic support and working closely with the LBG Program Manager to manage the successful planning and delivery of their government and commercial programs.
- Managing and developing non-government organizations (NGOs) and government solicitation responses primarily.
- Developing proposal plans, compliance matrices and tracking tools to enable successful proposal submissions.
- Leading/assisting in the management of day-to-day aspects of project including regular meetings, minutes, and required contractual reporting to both internal and external customers.
- Assisting in the technical review of new life science products.
- Assisting in the tracking of project specific budgets.
- Supporting client proposal development activities as required.
- Leading/supporting market research activities as required.
- Traveling to client sites as required.
- Adhering to LBG quality standards regarding client deliverables.
- Other duties as assigned.
- The identification and selling of commercial, government, and non-profit funded engagements for Company.
- Drafting and editing of proposals and engagement documents.
- Drafting publications, white papers, and marketing materials.
- Managing existing and potential client relationships.
- Planning, tracking and following-up on sales and marketing activities in pursuit of engagement opportunities.
- Support the creation of internal tools, systems, methods, and materials that help the Company perform more efficiently and with higher quality results.
- Support the creation and delivery of publications and presentations that support and build on the Companys reputation and recognition in its target markets.
- Support management and overhead activities of the Company as agreed on annually.Activities might include the Companys Recruiting, Training, Development and Mentoring, Staff Reviews, Engagement Economics, Internal Quality Standards, and the Development and Teaching of Company methods for its services.
- ?BS degree required.
- 1-3 years experience in consulting, business, and/or life sciences/biotech field.
- Professional communication style and 100% dedication to client satisfaction and support.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others.
- Experience writing proposals and grants is a plus.
- Scientific background preferred.

In this role you will support the organization in providing program management and general services to life sciences companies and institutions to advance novel life science products (therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and devices), primarily in the areas of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense, infectious diseases, and other public health threats. You will also support new business efforts as required for both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide consulting services for LBG clients including, but not limited to:
Identify and sell new engagements for Company by supporting and/or leading in:
Create Company Intellectual Property:
Support the growth of the company and Employees practice:
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role is between $50,000 and $75,000.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
