Range - $23-26 DOE

Experience:

Collections, addressing client's billing issues, Investigating, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Payment Entry
Check Remittance, ACH, Wire, Cash.
Experience working with different payment platforms such as PayPal, Credit Card Merchant Portal.
AR Aging
Update collections efforts and communicate weekly to management.
Process monthly statements.
Bank Reconciliation.

Reconciliations

Credit Card/PayPal Payment.
Reconcile Customer Accounts.
Assist with month end AR tasks.
Solid understanding of Accounting Principles, Fair Credit Practices and Collection Processes that are in alignment with GAAP.

Skills:

Experience: Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.

Numerical Proficiency: Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets and accounting software.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.

Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and negotiation abilities.
-
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Software:

ERP, NetSuite (preferred), Microsoft Excel (functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Microsoft Outlook, Sage 300 a plus.

Industries:

Manufacturing (preferred).

Education:
AA or BA in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Years of Experience:

2+ of AR experience.

Experience with B2B AR and collections.

Job Type:
Full-time, In Office.
