    Description

    We are looking for an Environmental Group Manager position based at our Newton Headquarters.



    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide technical and administrative support to the Director of Water Safety and Management, Vice President of the Environmental Group, Sales/Service team, and Barclay Water Management's customers.
    • Support all salespeople on EG service offerings such as quotes, proposals, job cost estimates, and reports.
    • Conduct field surveys for data gathering and develop Legionella Water Management Programs following ASHRAE 188 and industry best practices.
    • Interact with customers and salespeople to customize programs to their needs and limitations.
    • Process Third-Party lab reports for Legionella and other bacteria.
    • Participate in sales processes, engage with customers, and attend trade shows and events.
    • Obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification and ASSE 12080 Legionella Water Safety and Management Specialist Certification.
    • Assist in EG permit processing and maintenance.
    • Check Barclay email and voice mail systems daily.
    • Adhere to all safety policies and report unsafe working conditions to management.
    • Perform any other assigned duties.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • The work is generally sedentary with no special physical demands other than accurate keyboard operation.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time by car, train, or airplane.
    • Demonstrated ability to stand, walk, and navigate mechanical rooms during site surveys.
    • Conduct hand tasks, reach above shoulders, open/close sample cells, and open reagent packets.
    • Ability to speak, hear, see, and drive a motor vehicle for extended periods.
    • Handle loads of up to 10 pounds.
