    Full-Time Overnight Role with $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

    GENERAL SUMMARY:

    Join us in performing a variety of routine or specialized tests and procedures essential for physicians in diagnosing and treating patients across different areas of work such as Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology, and Microbiology, among others.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Independently execute routine or complex laboratory procedures involving various fields, ensuring timely results.
    • Apply advanced knowledge and clinical judgment to interpret and release accurate patient test results.
    • Standardize, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
    • Assist in developing new testing procedures and methodologies.
    • Participate in teaching activities for students and new employees.
    • Contribute to quality assurance and regulatory activities in the department.
    • Provide guidance to other laboratory personnel and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
    • Handle special projects and duties as assigned.

    STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

    To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Hold a Baccalaureate degree in Biology and Chemistry.
    • Complete a clinical laboratory program or have equivalent training experience.

    Certification, Licensure, Registration:

    U.S. certification or eligibility by recognized agencies such as ASCP is essential for this position.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Physical effort involves walking and standing, while the work environment includes handling hazardous materials.
