Description

The National Headquarters in Mainz is currently seeking a Coordinator for Online Counseling Services (m/f/d) for the Central Volunteer Services Department as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Your responsibilities:

Support and supervision of volunteer counselors, both online and in person in Mainz
Coordination of the selection process and training of volunteer counselors
Organization of team meetings and further education events
Speaker activities for the WEISSER RING Academy and collaboration with external trainers and supervisors
Quality assurance and budget management
Participation in public relations and cooperation with European victim support organizations

Your profile:

Completed degree in a relevant social science field or equivalent qualification
Empathetic personality with strong social skills and enthusiasm for volunteering
Independent and solution-oriented work style with confident appearance in various event formats
Opportunity for further development in the field of online counseling
Good English skills and creative commitment to shaping new concepts
Willingness to work flexibly, occasionally in the evenings and on weekends, and willingness to travel
