We have a 5-story community building with 4 units on each floor in St. Cloud, MN. Currently, we have a shared water meter, but some residents have not been paying their water bills for several months. As a result, our water bills are accumulating and we are considering installing individual water meters in each unit to ensure that each resident is responsible for their own water usage and to avoid potential water shut-offs.
