Vital Caring Group is is a home health agency that provides a large range of services to an extremely diverse patient group.
Our organization was developed in response to patients who needed assistance with health care and personal needs and wished to remain in an independent living environment.
We are located in Houston and service a 50 mile radius of the Greater Houston area. We are currently looking for a PDN nurses for 12 hour AM/PM shifts in the Katy area.We are currently looking for RN/LVN's with the following experience:
- Home Private Duty Nursing for adults
- Trach/vent
- Catherization
- Bowel program
- Hoyer lift/sliding board transfers
- Experience with spinal cord injury and neurological diseases a plus
Pay:
$ $37.00 per hour

Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
