As a Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.


EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Duties:

• Clean background and driving the record
• Drive a vehicle in a safe manner
• Perform quality pest control services daily
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product information
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solution
