What we are looking for:
We offer a diverse and challenging range of tasks in the areas of purchasing, sales, marketing, administration, and warehouse management. Customer care and providing excellent customer service are our top priorities. Throughout your training, you will become familiar with our products. The vocational school in Trier usually takes place once or twice a week.

Training:
In addition to vocational school, our apprentices are also strongly supported within the company. We place great emphasis on imparting specialized knowledge, as well as social and methodological skills. Our training system is divided into the following areas:

Product training with our industrial partners
Sales and personality training: social and methodological skills, sales strategies (by external coaches)
In-house training: product knowledge, IT training, specialized calculations, wood training

Rotation through all departments:
A varied training is important. Through regular rotation, you will get to know all departments of the company and their processes.

Apprentice trips: Experience the production of our products with different suppliers up close. You will be on the road together with the other apprentices and trainers, exchanging ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
