Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Counselor/Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business is a must.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Use Social Media posts, stories to gain engagement from existing clients and potential clients
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
• Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
