We are looking for an Account Management Specialist in the Charlotte, NC area to join a growing team that offers excellent customer service to our clients.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Management Specialist is an entry-level position and will focus on offering customer service for our smaller accounts. Collaborating with multiple departments, the incumbent is responsible for answering internal phone calls, following up on orders status, daily documentation regarding clients, file maintenance, and offering excellent customer support for our clients and LLS departments, while adhering to department and company goals, policies, and deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years in Account Management, Customer Service, or equivalent experience and education. Prior healthcare experience preferred, laboratory experience a plus.
Knowledge Requirements
BASIC DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- $18-22 hourly based on experience
