    WHAT DOES THE SVP, CLIENT PARTNER, MARKET ACCESS DO?

    The SVP, Client Partner Market Access is responsible for capitalizing on new market access agency opportunities and helping to identify and support the right organic growth opportunities for market access service-line expansion across the EVERSANA INTOUCH network. This role will maintain executive and senior-level relationships serving as a growth leader for the Specialty Affiliate to expand our market access business with new targets and existing clients.

    This role will partner with leadership across the Market Access Specialty Affiliate and Full-Service Affiliates to ensure the portfolio is meeting its market access growth objectives. Exceptional thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH, EVERSANA and the industry is required, along with the ability to frequently bring new market access services to our clients, allowing them to understand the depth of EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access Specialty offerings.

    Key focus areas:

    Growth

    • Responsible for growing EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access agency business through organic and new business wins
    • Determine target growth areas for market access expansion and support EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access Specialty Affiliate and Full-Services Affiliates in devising and executing strategies to both grow existing business and win new business
    • Build a strong pitch environment that takes our solutions and presentations to the next level to drive a successful pitch response
    • Partner with EVERSANA INTOUCH Biz Dev to qualify opportunities, set strategic direction, and manage fast-paced RFI/RFP approach, strategy, story, and content
    • When not Pitch Lead, support Pitch Lead for large-scale pitches, stepping into Market Access SME role to collaborate on strategy, creative, slide content and story flow
    • Integrate with EVERSANA service lines to uncover EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access agency opportunities and secure cross-solve engagements to elevate client deliverables
    • Collaborate with EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access Specialty Account teams to focus on leveraging existing connections for in-line growth for further penetration
    • Upon new business win, support account activation, secure SOW, establish partnership foundation (CSFs/priorities, strategic alignment) and maintain business/strategic continuity for new account to ensure excellence in work delivery and ongoing growth potential
    • Attend conferences and networking events

    Strategy

    • Provide senior-level leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical marketing plans focused on engaging market access stakeholders (health plans, PBMs, IDNs, employers, etc.) as well as HCP/patient initiatives which address access and reimbursement considerations
    • Provide senior-level strategic vision to elevate market access solutions and bring new ideas forward that address emerging barriers and support marketing objectives

    Cross-department Relationships

    • Serve on the EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access Specialty Affiliate Leadership team (aka. Blend) as the primary navigator for growth – continuously elevating our value proposition and driving forward thinking solutions for our clients' biggest problems
    • Lead the development of integrated market access solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight
    • Be a trusted partner across various stakeholders – within EVERSANA INTOUCH and EVERSANA
    • Represent EVERSANA INTOUCH Market Access growth initiatives at local leadership meetings
    • Participate in company innovation and development initiatives

    Senior-level Client Relationships

    • Be driven to push clients forward through innovation and creativity
    • Provide motivational leadership by conveying the vision, values, and offerings of the agency to senior-level clients

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • 20+ years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience is required
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Expertise in Market Access strategy and stakeholder engagement including a strong understanding of all phases of the commercialization lifecycle from pre-launch through loss of exclusivity
    • Thought leader for integrated, AOR and Market Access marketing and communications
    • Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions which align to core Brand and Market Access strategic imperatives
    • Ability to manage major clients and brands (regionally and globally)
    • Demonstrated P&L targets met through existing and expanding business opportunities
    • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across the organization (and across offices)
    • Experience negotiating and executing agreements
    • Creative thinker with analytical skills
    • Evidenced problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of clients and EVERSANA INTOUCH employees
    • Travel required

    EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $196,000 to $294,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
