At Johnny's Car Alarm & Tint we have a department that focuses on on ignition interlock breathalyzers.

This is a Full Time CSR position.

40 Hours a week.

Must be willing to work on the weekends

From 10a-7pm

Employee MUST be bilingual English/Spanish.


Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and maintain customer accounts according to specific guidelines and procedures.

Enter information into databases, process letters to customers, and perform other general clerical services.

Receive and review documents for completeness and accuracy.

Research information to solve customer service problems.

Perform related work as assigned.

The pay is $14/hr


Pay:
$ $14.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
