Education and Training:
  • Alongside your training, you will independently complete a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Banking & Sales at the University of Financial Management of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
  • The degree is a supervised, internet-based self-study program, consisting of self-study and on-site study phases
  • In addition to business training, you will also receive specialized knowledge in banking
  • The degree prepares you for challenging tasks in advising private and corporate clients, as well as for positions as a specialist in areas such as controlling, real estate, IT/organization, risk management, human resources, or in the executive office
  • Successful completion leads to the internationally recognized first academic degree "Bachelor of Arts"
  • After 2.5 years, you will receive your first degree as a bank clerk and then continue in a trainee position, which we will coordinate together with your preferences
