Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 1+ Years of IT Experience
  • This position requires some travel to various client sites.
  • Remote and onsite techsupport/helpdesk experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Passion for technology
  • Loves working with and helping people

Desired Technical Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Server Administration (Active Directory / File Server)
  • G Suite
  • Remote support tools
  • MS and Mac Workstations
  • Anti-Virus Installation and Management

Responsibilities:


  • Provide bestinclass IT services to customers
  • Research and propose resolutions for IT issues reported by our clients
  • Determine the source of computer problems and take appropriate actions
  • Follow known procedures with accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
  • Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance
  • Assist in the setup of new users
  • Setup PCs, laptops, tablets and cell phones for new users
  • Assist in documenting commonly occurring issues and fixes

Physical Activities:
Some lifting and carrying of equipment is required up to 40 pounds. Travel between locations is required.


Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
