EDUCATION, EDUCATION, CARE

In addition to a variety of recreational and educational activities, we offer children in our open all-day program a supervised study time with homework assistance, daily lunch, and extracurricular activities, free play opportunities, and holiday care.

Responsibilities:

Leading and working in an open allday group
Preparation and followup times, as well as regular networking times with the open allday team and management
Implementation of the organization's mission statement
Development and implementation of ageappropriate and needsbased recreational, educational, and creative activities
Designing study times and the educational lunch for the children
Adventurebased holiday programs
Parental involvement

Requirements:

Completed pedagogical training or equivalent qualification for open allday programs
Experience working with elementary school children
Resilience and patience
Enjoyment of working with children and implementing childfriendly activities
Childoriented and appreciative approach, as well as an inclusive attitude
High level of reliability, flexibility, and creativity
Structured work style and excellent communication skills
Interest in longterm cooperation.
