YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively taking care of and advising our guests during lunch and dinner service. From their arrival at the restaurant to their departure. You will act as an adventure guide, taking guests on a culinary journey and ensuring a smooth flow in the station.
  • In order to provide the best possible advice to our guests, you see yourself as a hostess.
  • Just like in mountain climbing, preparation is key in service. Therefore, you will prepare the entire "mise en place" (whether in the restaurant, for banquets or events).
  • Working with a mobile cash register system.
