Tatsu-Ya is currently seeking a dishwasher who also provides prep work. Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with great attention to detail.Job Duties:
- Maintain positive attitude

- Read and execute recipes
- Perform tasks repeatedly
- Effectively utilize basic cooking techniques
- Operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment
- Having an understanding of the restaurant industry preferred, but necessary
