All Weather's Architectural Sales Representative will develop new business, build brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales to architectural and commercial professionals.

The Architectural Sales Representative will work with clients from the beginning to the end of projects to ensure the best possible use of our products.

Territories covered will be Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada, Utah, and Colorado areas, and preferably based out of Los Angeles.

QUALIFICATIONS
- - year degree in architecture, engineering, or related, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience in value proposition selling.
  • Fenestration background is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identify and establish relationships with members of the architectural community whose influence will lead to specification and purchase of AWAA products.
  • Effectively present AIA continuing educational learning units to architectural firms.
  • Actively pursue business development of residential, multifamily, and modular channels.
  • Actively promote existing and new products to architectural community.
  • Plan and host factory tours with product insight for targeted architects & designers.
  • Provide product and technical solutions on project opportunities.
  • Provide information to product development team on new product trends and competitive products.
  • Work with sales organization to develop a targeted approach to sell to residential, commercial, and modular segments.
  • Work with project managers and sales to ensure a smooth flow from inception to completion.
  • Prepare weekly results and reports through CRM.
  • Any additional duties needed to drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization's values.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to periodically lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds. Requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
Over 50% travel within the specified region. Frequent travel to outside office or building sites required. Fast-paced, may require irregular and long work hours.
