Tx Systems is looking for a full-time (or possibly part-time) person to fill an Order Processing position on our team.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete orders and shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Freight
• Process and ship International orders and prepare commercial invoices
• Prepare shipping quotes
• Assist in additional administrative support such as data entry into Quickbooks and filing
• Assist in inventory control and monthly reconciliation
• Answering phones

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Own a good work ethic and must be teachable
• Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
• Customer Service experience
• Experience with online shipping and order processing
• Ability to multitask, organize, and good attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently
• Data entry, advance AR/AP tasks and Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Shopify and Paypal a plus
