Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer/ Administrative person to join our team.

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements with both Fresh cut flowers as well as Dried and Preserved.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect florals for their needs
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or issues
• Maintain inventory of flowers and other floral supplies
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
• Keep work area and showroom clean and organized
• Process cash/ credit card transactions accurately

Experience:

• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
• Familiarity with retail sales and cash handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing arrangements
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality standards

Skills:

• Proficiency in floral design techniques and knowledge of different flower varieties
• Social media savvy capturing and sharing photos of our beautiful flowers.
• Retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to sell products and upsell additional items or services to customers
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and pointofsale system
• Computer skills to assist with inventory management and order processing
