We are currently looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress (m/f) to join our team immediately or by arrangement, in full-time or part-time employment.

These are your responsibilities:

  • High-end, sophisticated à la carte and half-board service
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the restaurant and on the stations
  • Being the point of contact for our guests and other departments
  • Preparing mise en place
  • Conducting daily settlements
  • Setting a good example for our trainees

What you bring to the table:

  • Preferably completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry, or relevant work experience
  • Responsible and organized work ethic
  • Passion for people and their needs
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of German and professional English skills
  • Viewing the job as a calling

What we offer:

  • 5 days/week, 4 days/week, or 3 days/week
  • Additional pay for night, Sunday
