We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Duties:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes quickly

Pay:
From $39,865.00 per year
