We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes quickly
Pay:
From $39,865.00 per year
