The
Michael Saunders & Company Floater is responsible for providing various Administrative coverage for Listing /Closing Coordinators and Receptionists when additional coverage is needed or to provide relief for vacations and illnesses.
This individual will possess great enthusiasm and have a team player attitude while working with fellow staff and sales associates.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in windows based computing; literate in MS Word, MS Outlook and use of the Internet
- StellarMLS experience is necessary
- Individual should be very well organized
- Comfortable working multi line phone systems
- Dress and conduct themselves professionally at all times
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to prioritize work
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- Must work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Should be flexible
- Must be good with numbers
- Travel will be required with use of personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Must have valid driver's license and excellent driving record
