Essential Functions:


The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Technician is responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance including non-technical maintenance and other unlicensed trades.


Some of the duties include:

  • HVAC knowledge of controls
  • HVAC system maintenance such as but not limited to:
  • Belt replacement.
  • Voltage checks
  • Filter checks
  • Plumbing system maintenance such as but not limited to:
  • Perform commercial plumbing diagnosis and repairs.
  • Replace or repair plumbing fixtures.
  • Basic electrical repair and maintenance
  • General building maintenance

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
