We are seeking a
Part Time/Weekends Mobile Crisis Specialist (in office) to join our frontline Mobile Response Stabilization team in
Easton, MD.

As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop treatment plans for clients in the community, and serve as the liaison for collaboration with involved parties, including families and community partners.

What You'll Do:


  • Perform onscene assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
  • Effectively perform crisis intervention, including deescalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
  • Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

$24-$31 per hour depending on licensure and experience

What We Require:


  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience.
  • Current licensure in the state of Maryland
    LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC or eligibility to become licensed (_Santé will assist with fees or licensure transfer)._
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
