- Process checks and handle freight accruals
- Code, match, and input invoices into NetSuite
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage all credit card transactions and expense reports
- Record daily cash transactions and reconcile vendor statements
- Ensure accurate application of vendor discounts
- Maintain communication and partnerships with vendors
- Address vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze and resolve purchase orders
- Maintain account ledgers and support month-end/year-end closing
- Participate in enhancing and streamlining procedures
- Offer audit assistance and uphold confidentiality
- Identify internal control weaknesses and report fraud issues to management
- 2+ years of experience in fundamental accounting functions
- Proficiency in 10-key and MS Office
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of NetSuite is desirable
- Excellent data entry abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven by results with a focus on client satisfaction
- Thoroughness and keen attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities with flexibility
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as required
