    Professional Search Group OC is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their clients team to temporarily fill a position due to an employee's disability leave. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate capabilities and potentially secure long-term employment.

    Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk Job Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage and process up to 150 invoice postings per week.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
    • Maintain detailed records and reports to track the accounts payable process.
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
    • Participate in monthly closing processes and adhere to financial policies and guidelines.

    Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
    • Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is highly advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must be located within 20 miles of Santa Monica to ensure easy commutability.
    • Although a formal degree is not required, relevant experience and skill proficiency are essential.
    • Must be available for in-person interviews with the AP Manager.
