In addition, you take full responsibility for your area, bring system and structure to processes such as procedures, and approach topics strategically. In leadership, you have a sense for people, are approachable, and at the same time find clear words. Does this sound like you? Then we should get to know each other. As Sales Manager for our BTB division, you lead our team of 3 and are responsible for sales in our most profitable business area.
What to expect from us
Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic expansion and further development of sales processes, structures, and customer relationships
- Support of key account management for our industrial customers in the DACH region
- Systematic analysis of customers, projects, and framework agreements
- Design of sales prices for our products and services
- Responsibility and support for tenders
- Leadership of our experienced sales team
- Cross-functional coordination and leveraging of cross-selling potentials
- Support, creation, and responsibility for content, campaigns, and trade fair appearances together with our marketing team
What you bring to the table
- Completed degree in business administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales
