Your Responsibilities:


  • The construction manager is responsible for organizing, carrying out, and monitoring the work and contractual scope of the subcontractors. They are also responsible for implementing technical/contractual specifications.
  • Monitoring construction progress and schedule adherence, as well as initiating countermeasures or acceleration measures in case of potential delays. Controlling costs within the budget.
  • Identifying opportunities/risks and actively supporting in change management.
  • Creating, tracking, and documenting red entries (asbuilt).
  • Responsible for HSEcompliant execution of work and documentation (contract and/or countryspecific). Supported by an HSE manager.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.

Your Profile:


  • A degree (Bachelor or Master) in civil engineering.
  • Experience in turnkey/EPC business and ideally experience in the field of HVDC and/or FACTS systems.
  • Experience as an HSE and/or safety coordinator is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide and work on construction sites in Germany and abroad for extended periods.
