We are seeking motivated, dependable, and experienced lawn care and landscape professionals to join our rapidly growing company. We are a full-service lawn care and landscaping company that offers exceptional customer experience.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly Maintenance - mow, string trim, edge, blow
• Hedges Install & Trimming
• Mulch Work
• Flower Bed Install & Maintenance
• Landscape Design & Install
• Irrigation Work
• Sod Installation

Required Skill set:

1.
Dependable. The work is consistent, and so is our commitment to serving our clients. Each day, we get the job done regardless of time or hurdles we face.

2.
Solid Work Ethic. This work environment is outside, very strenuous, and often requires working in extreme weather conditions. You must be fit, healthy, and able to work in extreme heat and rain (no work when lightning).

3.
Experience. Previous work experience in the lawn care and landscaping industry is required.

4.
Professionalism. We take pride in how we interact with each other and our clients, treating everyone with respect and dignity. Smoking and vulgarity will not be tolerated.

5.
Driver. You must have a valid U.S. driver's license, have your own transportation, be able to drive, and have a clean driving record.

6.
Speak English. We regularly communicate with property owners and managers.

7.
Clean Background. You must be able to pass a background check with no criminal history.

We start work at 7am and end when the work is done for the day. That could be 2pm or 7pm. There is consideration for heavy rain and storms that may prevent us from completing our work for the day. There will be occasions for working on Saturday as well. This is NOT a 9am-5pm. Schedule flexibility is required. Must speak English.

Pay is $15-$20/hr and dependent on experience, skillset, work ethic, and tenure. Previous work experience will be verified and references are required.
