Description

• Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks
• Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Learn products and be able to make recommendations
• Help both residential and commercial customer resolve issues
• Manage social media
• Reach out and interact with future clients

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and QuickBooks
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Hours: M-F 6:00AM5:00PM, S 8:00AM 3:00PM, every other Saturday required
