Are you passionate about ensuring safety and security within a church community? We're looking for a Security Manager to play a crucial role in protecting our senior pastor and maintaining a secure environment for all members and visitors at FBCLG.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security protocols for church services, events, and travel
Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with security partners
Coordinate secure transportation for the senior pastor
Recruit, train, and supervise security officers
Enforce security policies and maintain emergency response plans
Collaborate with local authorities for prompt responses to incidents
Assess security needs for events and oversee security deployment

Qualifications:

5+ years in security management, with church experience preferred
Background in law enforcement is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of best security practices and emergency procedures
Certification in security management preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
