How You Contribute:

Analyze customer orders and use sound judgement to schedule product according to labor, materials and equipment capabilities and constraints.
Communicate production schedules, priorities, and updates to relevant stakeholders, including customer service, operations managers, supervisors, and production personnel.
Work closely with work centers to manage capacities and adjust accordingly.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Analyze and maintain product lead times for use in sales quotes. Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks, constraints, or risks that may impact production output or delivery schedules to appropriate parties.
Maintain up to date knowledge of Landscape Forms products, routings, BOMs and standard scheduling practices.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to discuss production plans, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operate within facility safety guidelines.

Criteria for Success:

Bachelor's degree in business or manufacturing or equivalent training and/or experience in related field (scheduling or inventory)
Ability to effectively use office automation/communication software. Experience with Infor SyteLine preferred.
Must be familiar with basic accounting and math principles.
Ability to give clear instruction and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
