Description
Ash Pallet Management is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing business in Antioch, IL. This position will be responsible for providing customer service and office administrative work in a professional manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and service providers and assist with inquiries in person.
  • Process customer orders and service inquires.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, filing, faxing, and copying to management and other various departments.
  • Data entry for accounts receivable/payable.

Qualifications:


  • Proficient skills with Excel, Word and Sharepoint.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience with office administration.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent both verbally and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year experience with office administration
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
  • Quickbooks

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
