Ash Pallet Management is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing business in Antioch, IL. This position will be responsible for providing customer service and office administrative work in a professional manner.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and service providers and assist with inquiries in person.
- Process customer orders and service inquires.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, filing, faxing, and copying to management and other various departments.
- Data entry for accounts receivable/payable.
Qualifications:
- Proficient skills with Excel, Word and Sharepoint.
- Minimum 1 years' experience with office administration.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent both verbally and written.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience with office administration
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
- Quickbooks
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
