PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Monday
- Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday 10:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in American Arbor services.
- Successfully schedules a predetermined number of qualified appointments weekly for the sales team
- Research potential commercial, municipal, and residential clients, generating leads through outbound calls such as cold calling and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect information within the company CRM maintaining sales funnel communication with new and existing clients
- Maintains a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of American Arbor and effectively oppose any customer objections.
- Schedule coordination for Sales Arborists
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and achieve targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain competitive in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure longterm business partnerships

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or high school diploma; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1year of experience using CRM preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position may require travel
