• Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in American Arbor services.
• Successfully schedules a predetermined number of qualified appointments weekly for the sales team
• Research potential commercial, municipal, and residential clients, generating leads through outbound calls such as cold calling and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect information within the company CRM maintaining sales funnel communication with new and existing clients
• Maintains a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of American Arbor and effectively oppose any customer objections.
• Schedule coordination for Sales Arborists
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain competitive in the market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure longterm business partnerships

• Organization and Time Management
• Communication Skills & Attention to details: Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to resolve conflict and negotiate during objections
• Educates customers on terminology, procedures, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability

• GED or high school diploma; college degree preferred
• Minimum 1year of experience using CRM preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
