Job DescriptionPreferred candidate for the position:
This role requires a candidate be competitive and passionate about the position as well as goal oriented. Have a proven track record of sales in commercial construction. Must be able to work with estimator to build an accurate estimate that can be professionally presented to a client and results in closing the sale of a project. Able to work with a team of experts in all divisions of commercial construction. Be self-motivated and able to create a strategic plan that tracks with quarterly/yearly sales goals.
In this position you will be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing your team.
You must be comfortable working with a very experienced team and possess the skills to produce sales and motivate your team to create successful projects and maintain outstanding customer relationships.
Primary Function:
Represent the company and be the first point of contact between Sacon and its existing customers as well as new customers.
Grow the customer base and develop long term relationships.
Engage with those customers and understand what their needs are so you can effectively promote the company, the products and
services. Conduct presentations to close the sale of new construction projects and/or services provided by Sacon. Also provide customer
support during the construction process including Sacon's ability to offer repairs and maintenance of completed projects.
Some Responsibilities Include:
Identify new customers, schedule calls and follow-up using Buildr to track progress.
Make routine visits to potential future customers on a regular basis using Buildr to track progress.
Call on and maintain existing customer relationships using Buildr to record progress.
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
Prepare a Sacon customer information document for every project before a site survey is conducted.
Conduct first contact survey with each project in order to qualify the customer and determine project integrity and potential.
