Around Yearly Salary: $250,000 to $345,000The Company's Government Contracts & National Security team handles a broad mix of litigation, investigation, export control, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling work.
Their respected bid protest practice litigates before all tribunals and is known for success in high-profile, high-stakes, and precedent-setting cases.
The company also represents clients disputing substantial claims by and against the government before the Boards of Contract Appeals and U.S. Court of Federal Claims and prosecute and defend court actions between contractors.
The group's work is exciting, often relevant to ongoing world issues, and fast-paced.
Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the Court of Federal Claims and to those with academic training in government contracts law.
All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
