    Description

    MoveAmerica is looking for a Critical and Emerging Technology (CET) Coordinator for the Miami Technology Hub (MiTH). This role involves identifying businesses in Critical and Emerging Technologies primarily in Miami Dade County, Florida, and nationwide. The CET Coordinator will build strong relationships with academic institutions, tech hubs, and industry leaders in critical technology sectors aligned with DoD and Federal needs. It requires experience in technical development, planning, communication, and project management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, tech hubs, and industry leaders.
    • Organize CET companies to collaborate effectively on new capabilities.
    • Maintain awareness of critical and emerging technologies.
    • Identify small businesses and academia aligned with MiTH's objectives.
    • Recommend economic development investments for technology-driven growth.
    • Provide guidance and support to small businesses at the Technology Hub.
    • Create tailored support plans for program participants.
    • Develop relationships with technical experts nationwide.
    • Identify and secure funding opportunities for CET initiatives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience in managing relationships with technical professionals.
    • Five years of experience in research and development.
    • Knowledge of government contracting procedures.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Excellent relationship management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Integrity and ethical conduct.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous DAWIA or PMP certification.
    • Experience in project management and government contracting.
    • Able to obtain an active TS/SCI clearance.
