Our client, a leading firm in the field of legal and cybersecurity services, is currently seeking a Senior Digital Forensic Analyst to join their team.
Significant forensics experience is a must, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in investigating employee data theft matters using computer forensics tools and techniques.
This position will also involve leading and performing various types of digital forensic investigations, as well as testifying as an expert witness in civil or regulatory matters.
Additionally, the Senior Digital Forensic Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, providing explanations of analysis and findings to clients, and presenting on digital forensic topics.

Only candidates within commutable distance to Cleveland, OH or Greensboro, NC will be considered.The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data for eDiscovery matters, performing theft of IP investigations, conducting other forms of forensic investigations, and maintaining client relationships.
Essential Functions:
Investigate employee data theft matters using computer forensics tools and techniques.
Be available for time-sensitive onsite collections projects, which may require travel to client sites on short notice.
Lead and perform other types of digital forensic investigations of electronic devices, networks, and systems, utilizing forensically sound procedures.
Testify as an expert witness in civil or regulatory matters, as requested.
Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including forensic analysis reports.
Provide explanation of analysis and findings to clients.
Perform data collections for eDiscovery matters.
Present to attorneys, students, and potential clients on digital forensic topics.
Assist with other projects and/or tasks assigned as the business requires.
Requirements:
Previous digital forensics experience, with a particular emphasis on employee data theft investigations.
Demonstrated skill in preserving and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.
Expertise using forensic tools such as Magnet Forensics Axiom Cyber, Cellebrite, FTK, Oxygen Forensics, Encase, and Forensic Email Collector (FEC).
Experience collecting data from cloud-based platforms such as GSuite, Office 365, and others.Certifications:
