As a service provider for energy supply companies, our clients rely on us to drive the energy transition and digitalization forward.

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for motivated clerks with a focus on energy management (m/f/d)

Your future tasks as a clerk:

  • You will handle telephone and written customer service for our clients, including the following tasks:
  • Processing of address changes
  • Tariff advice
  • Account clarification
  • Energy-saving consultation
  • Master data changes
  • Invoicing
  • Debt management (payment reminders and agreements)

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of relevant work experience
  • You enjoy handling diverse tasks for different client companies
  • You are reliable and pragmatic
  • You have high quality standards for your work results
  • You ideally have some experience in commercial processes in the energy industry
