    Description


    As a Financial Case Management Representative you:Gather, track, and communicate financial and insurance information for an assigned caseload of patients/clients and their representatives in order to inform treatment team of third party requirements that impact treatment plan, maximize prompt collection for services, and prevent bad debt.

    Research and verify all insurance benefits assigned to health system.
    Track patients' status as it relates to third party coverage and keep treatment team apprised of status.


    Requires:
    High School Diploma/GEDAt least 6 months of experience in related admission/registration or billing/collections work (i.e. knowledge of health insurance terminology, plan coverages and carriers, third party reimbursement procedures, grant-in-aid, financial agreements and forms, etc.).
