We are looking for: Insurance Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Support and advice for our customers in all insurance matters
Identification of insurance needs and creation of customized offers
Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
Independent processing of contracts and claims
Active participation in sales activities in the field (driver's license - car advantageous)

You bring with you:

Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in the insurance sector advantageous, but not mandatory
Customer-oriented and communicative personality
Sales affinity and enjoyment of working with people
Initiative, reliability and teamwork
Driver's license - car advantageous, as field work may be required
